How can I find out if the
pronunciation of a name is the same as my child's name?
Most names are shown with the traditional spelling. If you use a
traditional pronunciation but a unique spelling, the pronunciation
should match your child's name. But if you're really not sure, please
contact us by phone or email to confirm.
How long will my order take to process?
Orders are shipped within one to two business days after the order
is placed.
What method do you use for shipping?
We ship via first class with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
First class mail usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. You may upgrade
your shipping to priority mail (2-3 days) for a cost of only $3.00
per order
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is $2.50 per CD.
An upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available for $3.00
per order.
If you order 4 or more CDS, we upgrade your
shipping to USPS Priority Mail for free. Do not add USPS Priority
Mail to your cart if you order 4 or more CDs, we automatically upgrade your shipping.
I'm in a really big hurry, how can
I get my order more quickly?
Please call us about your order, we can send your order using Fed-Ex
or USPS Overnight Mail for an additional charge.
